  • Can I cancel my order before delivery?

    Yes, you can cancel your order during the pre-sale. However, once it ends and we start to process and fulfill orders, you will no longer be able to cancel. In such a case, you will be able to make a return only after receiving the package, in accordance with our returns policy.     Pre-orders are made to order, so exact shipping dates are approximate and subject to change.
